  • HSBC-Executive Coaching, Written Communication, Time Management: BHA coached the senior North American team to refine internal and external messages and manage confusion and conflict around the integration of two major acquisitions. BHA provides training in Written Communication and Time Management at HSBC.
  • Deutsche Bank-Presentations, Team Building: BHA offers executive coaching to provide leadership through change in both the New York and London offices. This effort includes reviewing all types of written communication for internal and external audiences, including PowerPoint presentations, as well as coaching and training in Presentation Skills and Team Building. BHA provides Presentation Skills and leadership coaching for participants in the bank’s Six Sigma programs.
  • The Metropolitan Museum of Art-Leadership Development, Executive Coaching: BHA trains leaders from throughout the Museum to build a team of professional managers. In addition BHA trains senior staff in packaging influential messages to tell the Museum’s story to donors, to the public, to senior leaders in the Museum and others. BHA provides executive coaching for Met executives.
  • Standard & Poor’s (McGraw-Hill)-Financial and Business Writing: BHA works worldwide with marketers and financial analysts on all aspects of written communication, in particular writing publishable reports, media releases, and marketing literature on corporate governance, sovereign debt issues, and profiles of both government issued and corporate issued debt. These written materials are directed at a wide range of readers—government regulators, the general public, investors, bankers and others. BHA provides General Business Writing at S & P.
  • Information Mosaic-Client Facing Presentations: At IM, a multinational financial software developer based in Dublin, Ireland, BHA assists leadership in revamping the key messages of the company’s sales force and delivers training in Presentation Skills to executives and sales representatives working on every continent.
  • Harvard University-Strategic Planning, Executive Coaching: At the Art Museum BHA facilitates strategic planning and mission clarification for the opening of the new Museum as well as provides Executive Coaching to Museum leadership.
  • New York University Steinhardt School-Board Development: BHA leads the board through team building, project development for capital campaign initiation, and strategic planning.
  • UN Department of Peace Keeping Operations- Organizational Development and Positioning Communications: At UNMIL (Liberia), BHA has worked throughout this post-conflict country to serve as organizational consultant. BHA provided recommendations for redeployment of staff and assisted in managing a culture shift as the Mission moves from a “doing” to an “advising” focus. For this purpose she facilitated focus groups and conducted survey research inside the Mission as well as with Mission clients, and the UN Country Team. Within UNMIL she worked closely with Political Affairs and Programme Officers on their written reports aimed at influential communication with: UNHQ, ministries within Liberia, the local media, NGOs, and others in civil society.
  • UN Secretariat-Mentoring, Team Building, Facilitation: BHA has designed and implemented the Mentoring program for Junior Professionals and the managers’ Team Building program. BHA facilitates strategic planning, team building and mission clarification retreats throughout the Secretariat and UN agencies.
  • UNICEF-Supervision, Competency-Based Interviewing, Belbin Analysis for Teams: BHA has designed and delivered numerous training programs including a 5 part program in Supervisory Development used as a model both for classroom and on-line training throughout the organization. In addition BHA has designed and delivered Competency-Based Interviewing training and provided team building including Belbin analysis at UNICEF.
  • UNFPA-Presentation Skills/Fielding the Media/Influence/Persuasion: BHA provides specialized training and coaching at UNFPA for the highest level officers to compete at the UN Assessment Centre for the posts of Resident Coordinator as well as for special assignments in high risk duty stations. During these trainings the objective is to increase the proficiency of candidates in the competencies of:

    • Fielding the Media
    •  Writing Persuasive Reports
    •  Leading through Crisis
  • American Management Associations-Training of Trainers, Instructional Design: BHA held the exclusive contract to provide Training of Trainers and Instructional Design for the AMA worldwide for 17 years. The programs serve as models for programs of this kind.
  • UNDP: At UNDP BHA’s three needs assessment studies for the Learning Resources Centre over the past 15 years have led to: initiation of The Learning Managers’ Network, a trained Learning Manager in every UNDP office, a comprehensive financial understanding of how budgeted and unbudgeted funds are spent for training and development worldwide in UNDP, and a worldwide learning strategy.
